Refugee Hearing & Appeals


When applying as a Refugee, you may be able to appeal a negative decision to the Refugee Appeal Board (RAD).

You will need to order a transcript from your hearing to appeal a decision, as well as commence the appeals procedure no more than 15 days after receiving the original decision.
